This homeowner was deciding between Mallard and 2 other roofing companies, after doing his due diligence of research online he decided Mallard Construction was the company for him. Once our account manager Will went out and diagnosed exactly where his leak was coming from and we had our crew perform an emergency repair the next day. He already had his insurance paperwork in hand, and they agreed the roof was a total loss prior to him contacting us but they left several important roofing line items including big ticket code items that this home absolutely needed. Several weeks later after negotiation with the insurance company, we replaced the entire roof, redecked his entire house, and upgraded his extremely vulnerable to wind damage 3-tab shingles to our HD GAF architectural.
