Will contacted the homeowner back in November of 2016 and determined their 22-year-old wood shake roof was damaged by hail. Their insurance company denied it the first time but Will stayed persistent. He had to meet with different adjusters and engineers from the insurance company, but after an almost year-long battle Will was able to get the insurance company to compensate them for the new beautiful roof they deserved. They chose GAF TimberlineHD Shakewood singles for their great new roof.
