Challenge: This home in Alma, Arkansas had damage all over the roof and gutters. There were 2 turbines on the roof for attic ventilation, which wasn’t adequate.
Solution: Bryce worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get the roof and gutters replaced. Instead of the turbines we added 14 slant back vents.
The hail damage was all over the roof.
The gutters and downspouts had lots of dents.
The turbines weren't sufficient to cool the attic and making the home harder to cool.
The new vents look much nicer than the turbines and are quiet, too.
The homeowner chose GAF Timberline Natural Shadow shingles in weathered wood for this lovely home.
