Challenge: This classy old apartment building in Oklahoma City was due for a new roof—and the chimney flashing needed to be replaced as well.
Solution: Michael conducted a full inspection and discovered that the roof decking also needed to be replaced. He worked closely with the property owner and their insurance company to get everything approved. We installed new decking, updated the chimney flashing, and replaced the shingles with GAF Timberline Natural Shadow in Weathered Wood. We also replaced the gutters and downspouts, leaving the building protected and looking great.
