We had a crazy ice storm in October before the leaves were off the trees and did it do some damage to the trees, roofs, and gutters.
Aaron worked with the homeowner to get the damage repair and get more from the insurance when we found the decking had been destroyed. The shingles the homeowner chose are Class IV shingles and will be saving them money on their insurance for many years to come.
This lovely home and trees took a big blow. There were limbs all around the house.
The gutters were torn apart.
When we removed the old shingles and felt this is what we found. There were many places where the old board decking had broken.
We hurried and got a load of OSB and re-decked the entire house.
And then we had to get this completed before the rain came in again. The shingles they chose are GAF Armorshield II in weathered wood. We also replaced the gutters and added leaf guards.
