This lovely home was in need of a new roof after an early Ice Storm

Solution

Blake worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get everything taken care of and back in top shape.

You never know what you will find under shingles. This lovely home was hiding holes in the decking.

You can see the holes and big cracks in the decking.

We replaced the old decking with OSB, felt, and vapor shield.

The new Armor Shield II shingles in weathered wood will be saving the homeowner money for years to come on their insurance. We also replace the gutters and added leaf guards.
