Solution
Aaron worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get the roof replaced and the decking updated.

Big holes in the decking
We replaced the old decking with OSB then felt and a moisture shield.
The new vents look great on the new GAF Timberline HDZ shingles in weathered wood. We also replace their gutters.
