This lovely Edmond home was having a problem around the chimney and needed a new roof.
Connor worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get the roof replaced. We also added a cricket at the back of the chimney to fix the leak.
This chimney was leaking around the flashing.
We installed a cricket (notJiminy cricket) this is a small gable that diverts water from the chimney.
You can see the damage from wind and hail to the shingles and vents.
The new GAF Armorshield II shingles in weatheredwood will protect this home for years and save the homeowner money on their insurance.
