This roof needed replaced along with the decking and gutters.
Aaron worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get the new money saving impact resistant shingles. We also installed new decking and gutters as well as put in ridge vents.
You can't tell there is a problem under the shingles from the picture
But in the attic the decking boards are splitting from repeated hail and wind damage.
We replaced the decking with OSB so there won't be gaps and splitting boards.
The new GAF Armor Shield II shingles in weathered wood and new gutters look great on this lovely home.
