This lovely home has some unique features.
The homeowner decided to change the trim color and shingles. They chose GAF Timberline HDZ in Charcoal.
This could have been a real problem. There were several places the decking needed repaired.
Now the roof is ready for the new shingles.
This is a fun view of the atrium.
The guys are putting the finishing touches of the atrium.
