Challenge

This classic ranch home was in need of a new roof and the chimney repaired.

Solution

Scott worked with the homeowner and their insurance to get the chimney repaired and the roof replaced

The cap was off the chimney and there was lots of mortar missing.

The chimney is repaired and the home looks great with it new GAF Timberline HDZ shinges in weatheredwood. They also have new guttering.
